All in all was not a good place to stay

Great value and location, modern and comfortable, easy airport access, has interior restaurant

Great location, close to the airport, shuttle service provided. The room was clean, modern and spacious, very comfortable. To our surprise, we found a small restaurant right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get food and beverages in the evening and early in the morning. The menu is quite varied... a lot of options. Highly recommended for travelers needing a comfortable one-stop hotel with easy airport access.

Horrible experience

I choose this hotel as it was well known

Front desk staff wasn’t helpful and shuttle driver was extremely rude and didn’t help me to put my heavy luggage into his van.

the first and last!

location, restautrant inside the hotel its nice!

a group of people had to wait for shuttel to much time, driver was in his car and whe we saw him drunk or maybe drugged. we took uber for going to the airport, lady in front desk was really rude with customers (shouting, bad words)

Good enough for an overnight stay

The beds were incredibly comfortable! It was fine for what we needed- a night's stay before an early morning flight.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly. The rooms across the hall from us were plasticed off- I assume they were being remodeled. It would have been nice to be further away from the mess. We didn't see very much of the hotel. We walked in the front door to check in and then always entered and exited from our room from the back entrance.

We appreciated the budget friendly options as well as how close it was to the airport.

I wish we were treated better, I understand that I didn't have the correct information. But if the staff was willing to work with me instead of being rude our stay would have been so much better.

The shuttle driver was so friendly and personable. The bed was exceptionally comfortably.

The bathroom is outdated, but it works.

The hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. Our shower did not work. Another guest was able to open our door but we luckily had the top latch on. The front desk was not helpful or friendly. It said there was a hot breakfast available but there was nothing. No one did anything to make it right for us.

close to airport friendly staff

felt really sketchy regarding the location and people hanging around. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. waited 15 minutes before someone showed up to check us in.

Very poor

Shuttle drivers were great!

Hotel check in staff/ manger was unhelpful & rude. Couldn’t get anyone to answer hotel phone as I was finding the shuttle. Breakfast hours said the hotel restaurant would be open, but it was closed that day.

Cheap, comfortable

The room and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that there was an underlying smell of smoke. Getting to and from the airport was easy. Good value.

Didn't seem to be in the greatest of areas, but had no issues. Someone in the past had smoked in the room, or maybe it was from back when people could. At any rate, underlying cigarette oder, but not real bad.

We weren't asking for much but the staff made us feel like we were bothering them.

The placement of the facility worked within our itinery to meet a cruise ship. And the stay before the cruise served our purposes but the Staff was just awful no matter in what capacity we were in. Checking in, questions or comments about during our stay, and checking out.

The staff was atrocious! Very angry, very rude, very abrupt when asked simple questions about the facility and surrounding area. When making the booking, I specifically asked about fridges in the room due to medication needing refrigeration and was assured that there would be. Upon arriving, I was told there was not and to just use the Ice available to keep things cold. I was then offered to put the medication in the employee fridge if I didn't like that with a very snarky smile. Frankly, I was not leaving my medication anywhere. When giving my credit card to check in, it was tossed across the front desk back at me when she was done. Attempts to order from the restaurant, there was one person working so we waited in the lobby...and desk clerk was very short about that even saying, "There's a Dennys around the corner if you don't like it. We didn't say anything knowing we'd be waiting, we understood so the comment was uncalled for. After various attempts to discuss things as we were checking in, during our stay, and checking out, I asked for her name as she was the only one on duty, and she informed me that she did not give out her name. Honestly I can see why. I have traveled for over 30+ years in both a business capacity as well as a personal capacity and I have never dealt with someone so flat out rude to us. Your facility served it purpose (with Ice attainable) but that staff member needs to bump up her customer service ability, be courteous, and if we are bothering her, potentially find something else to do. It really reflects on the atmosphere of the facility.
