Western Budget Motel Peace River

It was fairly easy to get to using google maps. Parking lot access is slightly awkward but there was ample parking. I didn't stay for breakfast as there was a bit of a line-up. the room was a comfortable temperature. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. I was unable to figure out the TV. It was nice to have a restaurant in the building.

I wasn't able to figure out how to watch the TV.

The motel was very clean, in all common spaces and in the room.

The bed was extremely hard, and there was a lack of pillows.

I was travelling and it was adjacent to the highway . It was clean, rooms were spacious with a fridge. Bed large and comfortable. Price was reasonable in comparison to others and way less expensive than High Level

Location is great, off hwy, easy to find and close to a restaurant, gas station, groceries, dollarstore and liquor store, ect. Can easily get in parking lot if towing a smaller trailer or there is street parking. Beds and pillows comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Appeared clean.

Stayed here because breakfast was included but it was very disappointing. They didnt keep food filled and it was only early. We sat for 15 min before someone brought a couple more pieces of semi cooked bacon and a few tiny pieces of ham. They didnt replenish eggs as there were still a few remaining but they were barely warm and dried out. Eggs were small thin rubber discs, scrambled would have faired better in warmers and tasted like eggs. There was a waffle maker, cereals, cold hard boiled eggs, juice, oranges, ripe bananas, milk, toast, bagels and coffee. No potatoes, yogurt, muffins or sweets, we ate barely anything. Didnt realize yhere was no elevator. Rooms had minimal items, we are 3 women and only 3 bath towels. There were handtowels and facecloths, 2 bars soap and a piece of an old towel to use as a rag. There was no shampoo or conditioner and had to ask for additional blankets as non i room. Staff were very nice but not helpful. We are older women so struggled dragging luggage through 2 sets of heavy doors while staff stood at counter. When we realized there was no elevator staff didnt even ask if we needed help or offer us. We've stayed at Super 8 several times before and liked it, not sure if this is now their standard.
