The location was good for purposes of our trip. Breakfast was good, but a waffle maker would have been nice.
Our credit cards wouldn't run at check-in, but the clerk at the desk called the manager, and she resolved the situation. It apparently was an issue with their system.

Room leaked from rain, doors looked tired, no exhaust fan in bathroom, grout in bathroom excessively dirty
Breakfast had bagels but no cream cheese, why bother
