The staff were great, and the overall appearance and aesthetic of the hotel was good. The bar and dining area were very nice, and the bartender Taylor was fantastic! The complimentary reception each evening was a wonderful added bonus!
A few things need some attention, such as the functioning of the elevators, and bathrooms in the rooms needs updating. The return air vents in the rooms were also very dirty and dark in appearance and very noticeable.

The room was big. The 2 tvs. It's was quiet were I was at. The hotel was close to alot of other stores.
I couldn't t make my room cooler. So I didn t get much sleep do to trying to cool off at night. I was giving a fan but the fan only blew hot air. Also I was told by the maintenance man that the air coming out of the vent was 58 degree. That was a lie. I know cold air when i feel it. 30 years service man in HVAC UNIT. Bathroom door was broken door for refrigerator was off the hinges.
