The location and staff
The ironing board. We tried to get it to stay upright while ironing, but nothing worked. Need to get better ironing boards that you don't have to fight with to stay upright. We asked for a replacement because we thought it was the one we had but the replacement did the same thing.

Hot tub closed....very disappointed in this as having a hot tub is a MUST for us
