Was clean hotel
I feel checking in person at front was not welcoming at all rude then found out he's the owner not friendly at all , thats not how people would like to be treated on a stay at your hotel and the breakfast was a Lil poor no bacon every day cheap sausage patties I have stay at many comfort suites breakfast was much better. Owner needs to go to customer service classes his behavior to assist his guest man not great. Oh ask fir silverwear he refuse to go in Cafe area to get had to drive next door to get silverwear from crackerbarrel sad and he knew and he didn't give a dammm would never do a guess like very poor customer service to represent this company . Luv staying at comfort suites and will keep but this owner needs classes soon to keep representing this great company.

Room was nice.
Received a phone call from hotel stating that Booking.com automatically cancels online reservations after 3pm and to ignore it as reservation is still active. I did have a late checin request approved already. I paid in advanced. When I arrived at hotel reservation was now in my colleagues name for both rooms and I was told I never paid and was told that I needed to pay.
