Would be our first choice for any future visit to this area.

Very nicely kept and exceptionately clean. An above average breakfast.

Pool, which we would have liked to use, unfortunately was closed for maintenance the day we stayed.

It was a nice place to stay. Not sure it was worth the price I paid however.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Most of the staff were friendly.

This was advertised as having a hot tub and they did not have one. The indoor pool was very cold. Also had one unsatisfactory encounter with front desk staff.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The maidservice was very accommodating as I needed plunger and they were quick to assist

Very comfortable

Good food but almost the same every day.

Walk in to check in and the computer system crash. The lady at the counter don’t said a word . So I has to ask what happen and then she explained was going on. Told to come back like an hour or so. No good impresión to start with.

Bad

I was very dissatisfied, I paid premium price for a loud no TV functional room. We did not get our room cleaned and then was told I had to request that each day.

Kids ran wild the entire time we were there. Absolutely ridiculous to pay what we did for our room.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and smelled so good. They also had Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner so I didn't have to use my own.

I can't say anything bad except one of the elevators were sketchy. It was definitely scary and we got off of it and waited for the other one. Overall though it was very nice place to stay.

The staff was very attentive to any request. Room and facilities were clean.

Breakfast was great and Donna was the best!! She took great care of us.

Pool closed for repairs but obviously nothing staff controlled.

My family enjoyed the stay apart from breakfast not being the best!

The hotel was close to the airport and the staff at the front desk was very accommodating to me and my family.

Breakfast option was very limited and not the greatest :(

Great location, felt safe. Police was constantly riding around

You had to walk downstairs for front desk, the number on phone just rings busy

Not a good experience

The bathtub was drity, the breakfast was under cooked, and nasty. There were people a and kids running up and down halls all night couldn't get any sleep.

Great place to stay for the price.

clean, well lit, well maintained, good staff, good breakfast buffet, 24hr coffee bar

loose toilet seat, truck/boat parking was a little tight. Outdoor electrical connection was being sprayed by sprinklers when trying to disconnect. Even at this price point, people still “smoking” in their rooms.

Overall facilities, staff, and location were tops.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was top notch. Cleanliness was great.

The mattress was extremely soft, as were the pillows. We rolled out the couch bed and slept on it which was an improvement but still not what we would've liked.

It was pleasant and just what we needed, a relaxing area for ourselves when visiting family.

My mom was staying at another holiday inn in mechanicsville (sp?) and she said my hotel room was bigger and nicer.

I like it when hotels have the shower head where you can have a little detachment type one, but that’s just my opinion. Shower was ok, did the job.
