Guest Services Hilton Garden Inn 10543 Sierra Ave. Fontana, CA 92337 Dear Guest Services Team, Hi my name is Gregorio and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fontana, CA, on 6-12-25 Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted my experience. I was awakened around 6:30 AM by a loud blower noise that persisted for a long time, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was empty, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the shower area. These issues fell short of the standards I expect from your hotel. Given these disturbances, I found my stay disappointing. I would appreciate your consideration of compensation, such as a partial refund or full compensation, to help restore my faith in your establishment. Thank you for addressing my concerns.
