Location, friendly staff, cleanliness of room and property
Bed was very uncomfortable, located right in front of pool so noise was a factor and moisture/humidity from pool caused room to be humid and sheets to feel moist/damp.

The location was great for moving in to Daisy Hill Dorms at KU. really comfortable bed and bedding/pillows. Quiet and clean. Great Value

When we checked in it was late. There were a couple staff behind desk still and you could tell they liked their jobs. They gave us excellent service.

Location and parking were great. Staff greeted us with warm cookies.
The pool in the middle of the hotel made it incredibly loud. The room was incredibly mediocre and the paint was peeling in the bathroom around the tub and door.
