The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
My bed squeaked and we had 3 clumps of hair/pubic hair, 2 in the bathroom and one by the desk. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Location was what we needed and the bed was comfortable.
It was dated and unkept compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses - and considerably more expensive than its counterparts and competitors. We travel a lot and found it to be extremely overpriced compared to others of a better quality. We usually stay at La Posada in Laredo, and it is considerably less expensive and a much nicer hotel. I was shocked by the price we paid - when we actually saw the room in person.
