Great location.
Breakfast was subpar at best. We came down early and not much in the trays and no one around to ask for anything.

The location and electric charger
My stay at Homewood Suites Hilton this past weekend was okay overall, but unfortunately, I experienced several issues that I feel should be addressed.
When I first arrived in my room, it did not appear to be cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. There were still dirty tips/tip residue on the dresser, and the sheets had noticeable stains. I understand that things can occasionally be overlooked, but I expected the room to be properly cleaned and prepared before my arrival.
Another major issue was my room key. The key continued to disconnect every time I left the building, which meant I was repeatedly unable to get back into my room. I had to return to the front desk multiple times throughout my stay to have my key replaced, sometimes more than once a day. This became very inconvenient and frustrating.
There was also an occasion when I had to wait approximately 20 minutes because no one was available at the front desk, while there was already a line of about 3–4 guests waiting to be assisted. This made the situation even more frustrating, especially when I needed assistance with my room key.
Overall, I would rate my stay a 6/10. The stay was not completely bad, but these issues definitely affected my experience. I would appreciate it if management could look into the cleanliness standards, key access issues, and front desk coverage to help prevent these problems for future guests.
I hope my feedback is taken seriously, as I would like to have a better experience should I choose to stay with Homewood Suites Hilton again.
