location - excellent
staff - excellent
room - was fine
seating in room - not particularly comfortable
handicapped/accessible - not great - room was at the very back of the property. logic would dictate an accessible room would be close tot he elevators or front doors.
parking - pretty huge problem especially for handicapped. almost not available parking when arriving late in the evening
bathroom - no vent or electric fan
accessible shower made huge mess on floor due to curtain extending low enough and being situated outside the basin for the shower.

The staff was absolutely the best and the property was beautiful. This was my first time staying but it will not be my last.

The staff was amazing. The property was nice and very clean. The check in process ran smoothly and very quickly.
The air conditioning in the room was too loud! Every time it kicked on it woke us up. The walls were too thin. I could hear other guests televisions. Once tge air conditioning kicked on you had to turn the volume up on your tv really loud. It was crazy. The pillows were too soft. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle to game. Well, we were dropped off at the Stake N Shake, had to cross a major highway and then walk two blocks to get to the game.
