The attendants were very nice and polite. They helped with everything, including where we could go to eat and helping with internet connection. The beds were comfortable. We had a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the indoor pool area which was clean.The breakfast was delicious and the location was close to many different restaurants and shopping places.
The room could have been cleaner. The carpets needed cleaning. Our surface areas looked like they had not been wiped down. There was hair in the fridge. The toilet, tub, and sink were not cleaned well.

I liked the location and the indoor pool. The staff called when they found my iPad I left in the room which was kind.
It was dated, looked worn down, laundry facilities didn’t work and I wasn’t offered or given my money back. They placed a $250 hold on my card for one night which was more than the cost of my stay.
