staff was helpful and really sweet

air condition was real wonky. but she offered another room but was able to get it to work so we stayed put. also seen a couple roaches in the room

horrible experience will never stay here again

The room smelled old and musty. The blankets, bedsheets and towels had stains all over them. There was molded food left behind the furniture and the furniture was filthy and stained.

It felt like the room was thrown together because, someone had reserved a suite.

convenient, suite was good , customer service was very good.

Remodeling, bed was uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Wall anchors in the walls for art work, but no art work. carpet was stained, but they are in the middle of a remodel.

Pleasant

The staff was super friendly. Made sure we had what we needed and was comfortable. They even woke us for breakfast. Ive never experienced such personal service even with the more expensive hotels. A+ for service and hospitality

The rooms needed to be updated. I guess they were going thru a renovation upstairs but the room we were in was outdated. The shower was a mess. We were in a handicap bathroom but the water would leak out on the floor and thru the wall in the sleeping area. It was really annoying and poorly designed. Hopefully they update it with reno. It was 100 bucks per night could have gotten a cheaper at a better hotel. Only stayed because other family members were there.

Not what I was expecting after reading the reviews. We ended up having our room refunded and changed hotels.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms were very small and dated. There was also a strong smell of smoke and animal in our room. To be fair, I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel when I booked but the hotel is supposed to be non smoking.

Friendly staff

Coffee or blood stains on the sheets upon arrival to the bedroom.. Just toss them out please. Luke warm shower. Even when turned all the way. Bed was comfortable though

cheap for the area but not worth what you save on a better place .

in gross need of remodeling . if it wasn’t broke it didn’t work right or it was cracked or filthy . you choose .

the maids were very nice. as for the room I expected newer / cleaner and more updated

bed was comfy

the carpet looked dirty had lots of stains the furniture was in need of update.

Great amenities and comfort at a affordable price!

The hotel location is great and right off the highway. Rooms are good size with essential amenities like refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker.

The carpets could be cleaner. Breakfast could offer more fresh fruit and gluten free options. The juice machine had specks of black specks in it, I didn’t drink it.

Didn’t eat breakfast, it felt to nasty

Better mattress, cleaner chairs, repair work needed done in the shower ceiling, and shower had a hard time draining

It was just O.K.

Did not have any breakfast, coffee was fine.

Was a bad bad shower no slope in shower and water ran all over bathroom floor had to use clean towels to put on floor. So I could get out of shower. Was not the best situation for a handicap room. There needs to be a slope to the drain or a 1 or 2” ridge at edge of shower to keep water from running all over the floor. Very difficult for person using a cane or any problem person has getting out of shower with water all over floor. Ya open shower curtain and have a flooded bathroom.
