The front desk clerk was extremely nice when checking in. The lady checking me out was nice too. But, the First Lady was clearly wanting me to be happy. She told me to call if I needed anything at all to make my stay more comfortable.
Tbe smell of the room. She had just cleaned and it was excellent cleaning. The room just smelled like old water. Maybe water had leaked in the hotel pipes at one point. Nothing that a cleaner could fix. The worst thing was the beds. The mattress hard. It was painful to sleep on.
