Breakfast was okay. Eggs were bland and no pepper available even when we asked.pool was nice and for the most part the staff was friendly and responsive. Pool was clean.

Room was very damp smelling the whole week, they never came by the make our beds, they only grabbed old towels and left fresh, although the last day we came back and nothing had been done. When we inquired about it, we were told that the housekeeper was upset about Argentina losing the soccer cup and left. We asked about new towels and were told we had to bring down our old ones first. I had to ask for a basket as they were very wet from the day before to bring them down. The refrigerator was more of a mini freezer… our gallon of water was frozen solid over night. We tried to adjust to find out it was already at the highest temp. The toilet did not flush properly. You had to hold it down all the way to flush it and it maybe flushed completely. Maybe.
