Location, Aesthetics, and Affordability.
I was hurt on the property and told I would reimbursed for at least 2 nights of my stay, but this has not happened. Needless to say I am still feeling the pain from that injury.

The apartment was excellent with great facilities. There were all the tools needed to cater for yourself and there were a couple of supermarkets nearby. The bed was nice, shower and bathroom excellent. The daily room service was excellent...
NOOOOOO Air Con..... I asked on three occasions for it to be looked at but despite this the room was permanently between 79 & 83 degrees as a result the fan speed was 110% AND VERY NOISY making it difficult to sleep..... from that point of view we could not wait to leave... Finally the TV was very very old no streaming and the remotes buttons did not work for the most part...
