The location is great, sights are easily accessible. The suite was spacious and clean, the double bed comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, so was the bathroom. Checking in was smooth.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable, that was the only problem.

The location was perfect for a conference I attended across the street.
I could not get the TV to work. It would turn on, but it was not clear how to get to channels. I did not call the front desk, it was not that important.

Spacious suite was perfect for our family. Kitchen has all necessary amenities like plates, skillets, cups which was perfect if you are traveling with kids. We had full size fridge, microwave, stove and we were able to cook breakfast every morning which was super convenient.
One vending machine on the first floor that only accepts cash was super strange and not convenient to us. Since we didn’t have small bills, we couldn’t purchase a bottle a water and hotel front desk didn’t have any change and doesn’t provide any water. Also, it would be nice to have a gift shop where you can get basic necessities. It’s super important when you are traveling with family and convenient store is not located very close to the hotel.

The shower was good.
Personell only new one word, wich was no. No help for a taxi, rooftop was closed, appliances are dated, couch was so soft u could not sit on it in a normal way. No light in the room.
