The gentleman at the desk was very accommodating- after booking a room on a travel website, I pre-paid. The main reason for booking at this place was a pool, as my 4 and 2-year- olds are newly obsessed with them. Unfortunately, the deskman informed me pool was out-of-order, yet was very understanding, kind, and called his manager promptly, to explain my cancellation
As of now I was not charged for the room after pre-paying. I would stay there again, based on the customer service I experienced.
As stated above, everything was fantastic, except the pool was closed.

Location and price
Breakfast was lousy. One outlet under the desk to plug in my phone charger - should have one on the nightstand.

It wasn’t the best stay but for what I paid I can’t complain
The only issue i honestly had is that it’s been day 28 and I still yet to get my deposit back. Yes it’s only $50 but I should gotten days later not a month. You’d think by Wyndham it was be more up to par.
