We had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Grand Central New York! One of the best things about this hotel is its amazing location, right next to Grand Central Terminal. It made getting around New York City so easy and convenient, especially since we loved exploring the city by subway. The location was perfect for our first trip to NYC! I would definitely stay here again!

Central location near to where I needed to be
Room felt tired, also had small flies in the bathroom coming from the sink area which wasn’t nice at all

We checked in and staff were very helpfuly!
We had a suite and adjacent room, suite was lovely but room was very worn, furniture in need of repair and updating desperately
