We were there recuperating from a procedure at NYU. As soon as they knew that, they treated us especially specially. I cannot say too much about their care. It is a small enough hotel that people can be individual and human. That goes for the manager on down through housekeeping and the whole staff.
The redone public areas are very nice, too.
