My wife and I spent a delightful four day weekend at the Club Quarters Mid-town Manhattan.
The location is excellent; Times Square two blocks one way and Grand Central Station three blocks the other.
The room appeared to have been recently upgraded and all the facilities were modern and operated flawlessly. The room service was consistently excellent.
The best feature of the Hotel is the wonderful staff. The Front desk hosts warmly welcomed us each time we entered wished us well when we went out. I would like to especially recognize the Hostess, Raquel for her kindness in helping us celebrate my birthday during our stay.
I strongly recommend the Club Quarters and will not hesitate to stay there in the future.
Not a thing!

Location, cleanliness, staff, room.
Not much.

the staff was wonderful, they were friendly and very helpful. The room was quiet and the mattress very comfortable. The room was quite small but I imagine that is what helped keep the price down. I would have preferred that breakfast was available. There was a lovely room on the first floor with comfortable furniture where you could rest and enjoy free coffee, tea and water, sparkling or still. We appreciated this room very much as we could rest there in comfortable chairs with our drink of choice, when we returned to our hotel after walking the streets of NYC, The location of the hotel was perfect for us and it now feels like home base if we should return to NYC,
