Excellent staff at the reception, efficient, professional, friendly, happy to help and accommodate guests' requests. Spotless room, strong shower, comfortable bed. Last but not least, location of the hotel close to Penn station, subway stations, etc.
Breakfast was poor. Better to have it in one of the many eateries around the hotel.

I have stayed at several hotels within the vicinity of 35th street and for the value the Hilton Garden Inn West by far exceeded my expectations.
The main area of the room (2110) needs additional lighting options.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was great. The staff were very nice as well.
The room was small and breakfast wasn’t included and was very expensive. The safe was up very high and difficult to reach.
