Hotel is in a fantastic location
The room was a great size with a wonderful view of Madison Avenue and the Empire State Building
The staff are exceptional especially front desk very welcoming and helpful

The hotel room and location

Great location and the rooms are a really good size by Manhattan standards. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the bathroom was nicely designed with a big shower.
The air conditioning is incredibly loud, which is particularly annoying at night. The shower temperature is almost impossible to control, making something as simple as taking a shower unnecessarily dangerous. While the bathroom looks lovely, the lighting is far too dark, so it’s difficult to get ready.
Another downside is the elevators. There are only two servicing the building, including the staff, and both are extremely slow, meaning you can spend a considerable amount of time waiting.
