Great location as a base for exploring, able to easily go uptown or downtown. Close to Madison Square Park too, where can eat breakfast with a great view of the Flatiron building. Loved the plants and cozy atmosphere of the lobby. Room was quite spacious for Manhattan. Staff were very nice and check-in and check-out were quick.
Shower didn’t have a door, so bathroom floor got a bit wet. No hairdryer.

Super nice and cozy room, king bed was awesome, and great shower. Great location. Close to the action but far enough from Times Square to avoid the big crowds. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to NYC.
Only thing was there was no mini fridge to keep drinks cold but thats not a big deal. Awesome place.

Location was walkable from subway transportation. Really loved the bowl/sink in the bathroom! The restaurant was open late so we were able to get dinner after traveling all day. The coffee bar was excellent! Loved the entire vibe!

Location is good, the provide complementary coffee downstairs which is nice.
The room is too small and too compact.
We stayed with a baby, they indeed provided a crib like requested but nothing else in the hotel was baby-friendly.
We were also disappointed by the stuff. A few of our asks were either slow to be fulfilled or just incorrect (like using the hotel's laundry service and getting the laundry with a delay)
