Perfect location. The room was decorated beautifully. The bed was super comfy. All the staff were very kind.
One of the two elevators was not working my entire stay. I wish the room had a fridge. I also wish there was either free water in the rooms or refill stations somewhere.

Made Hotel was the best choice we could have made for our budget. The room was spacious for New York's standards if you compare it with other hotels. Every member of the staff was polite and eager to assist, thank you! The room was spotless everyday, with new toiletries, towels etc. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant and rooftop bar though, hopefully next time :)
The location was perfect! Close to everything without all the crazy noise. Our stay was, all in all, wonderful, totally recommend it!

This property was a short walk to Madison Square Garden and also a very short walk to the subway. Great location!!!
While the majority of the front desk staff were kind and helpful, there was one gentleman who seemed totally tuned out.

Water was not draining from the shower, because of insufficient floor angle, no fridge in the room, not enough of storage space in the room
