Jonathan at the front desk was very kind and very helpful. The location was perfect especially if you're going to a show at Madison Square Garden. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was great! We had an overall amazing time. Thank you Cambria Hotel!
It's really not a big deal but the cleaning crew brought fresh towels to our room but forgot to remove the dirty towels.

The location of the property is very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom sink needed cleaning as it had stains, the shower wall had a hole which was a little concerning, the bedroom shade was broken, the bathroom light stopped working and the beds made a squeaky sound.
