The hotel staff was very welcoming and warm and helpful - from the front desk to the restaurant to the bell man. The hotel's location is ideal - my sons live in the West and East Villages respectively and I was able to easily walk to their locations plus much of the rest of this area of Manhattan. The room was very comfortable and my street-facing window was large.
