The location is very good, Chelsea is a good neighborhood. Property is simple, normal, nothing special. Breakfast was also simple but they had everything you need, no complaints, for me it is a 3 star place
The time to wait for the lift. The rooms are very small. The sleeping couch is very bad to sleep on, do not recommend booking this type of room if you are with 3 persons

The property had amazing views of the skyline and very quiet in our room. Could barely hear any outside sirens or noise. Empire State Building was right outside my window so I fell asleep to the glistening of the building! It was amazing
Around breakfast between the hours of 8-10 good luck getting in or on the elevator. We were on the 28th floor and every single morning we had to walk down 28 flights of stairs as we waited for more than 30 minutes or more each time just to try to get on the elevator which never happened so for 4 days we got in our steps that’s for sure. Will not be staying here again…other than views nothing special about this hotel. Had an old lady about 70 plus that had to go down the stairs as well since the elevator wouldn’t pick us up. I made it downstairs finally told an employee to see if maybe they could get some sort of help for her and he brushed us off and said well it’s peak hours nothing I can do and walked away, unless you’re checking in good luck with the staff being friendly. They seem way to pre occupied checking people in to help the already there customers. Very disappointed because this hotels views are amazing.
