Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig für Sightseeing, Ausflüge und U-Bahn. Das Frühstück ist üppig und für amerikanische Verhältnisse wirklich gut.
Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und es gibt jederzeit freien Tee.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt mussten wir jedoch immer auf freie Tische warten, da nicht genug Platz für alle Gäste war. Ein frühes Aufstehen (auch um die Wartezeit am Aufzug zu Stoßzeiten zu reduzieren) empfiehlt sich daher.

Camera non adeguata a 3 persone. Sia per le dimensioni, sia per il terzo letto: non solo abbiamo dovuto aprire il divano letto e farlo noi, assurdo visto che abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone, inoltre il divano letto è di una scomodità incredibile.
Pochi i tavoli disponibili per la colazione rispetto alle persone presenti, spesso non si riesce a trovare posto.

Die Mitarbeiter warten durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Neben dem Hotel wurde herumgelungert und Drogen genommen. Daher war es abends besonders unangenehm zurück zu kommen.

L’hôtel est très bien situé (8 minutes à pied de 2 stations de métro : Penn Station & Times Square). Le petit-déjeuner est assez varié avec la possibilité de faire du take away très pratique ! Les chambres sont assez spacieuses, la kitchenette est pratique pour cuisiner des choses basiques et très simples car peu d’espace tout de même. Une mini supérette au hall de l’hôtel peut dépanner en cas de manque d’eau etc. mais cela reste très cher ! Dans sa globalité, l’hôtel est propre. La literie était très confortable ! Aussi, belle salle de sport et deux extérieurs agréables (terrasse & rooftop)
Le gros bémol est que le matin il y a très peu de table disponible pour le petit déjeuner, c’est un peu la guerre pour trouver une place ! Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

Si trova in midtown di Manhattan. Abbastanza centrale, quasi tutte le attrazioni si possono raggiungere a piedi. E la vicinanza di Penn Station, la grande stazione metropolitana, dà la possibilità di muoversi agevolmente dappertutto.
La colazione buona e abbondante con la possibilità di portare con sé la box lunch. Ed infine la camera con angolo cottura per chi ha esigenze particolari. Sicuramente consigliato
La pulizia della camera bisognava a volte richiamare il personale perché o si dimenticavano oppure venivano nel pomeriggio inoltrato. È anche vero che avevamo ina camera all'ultimo piano (22)

Rooms are a great size and the location is excellent.
The staff (all the women - except Jess who was lovely) could be way more friendlier. The men were all super helpful and friendly.

Great hotel for its location. The breakfast was good - not as many healthy options as I would like but was tasty. Ability to fill a box and take things away was appreciated. The staff were friendly. I used the fitness centre which was clean and well provisioned. Also the guest laundry was useful.
The room was very small - which was expected. Managed to have enough space for the essentials but nothing more. We had a few suitcases and head to move them about to get our clothes in and out as there wasn’t enough space for our clothes. We used to sofa as a sofa bed which necessarily reduced the space.

Séjour à l'hotel exceptionnel, tout était comme nous l'avions rêvé. Chambre au top, petit déjeuner parfait, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait. Situé à 5 mn de Time Square. Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai :-)

Room was clean and confortable. The hotel is well located if you are visiting as you are closed to many "places to see". The staff was very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was not very good and the room was very crowded each morning so you sometimes struggle to find a table.

Very clean. The hot drinks were free 24/7 downstairs in the lobby.
Breakfast was plentiful although the area could get crowded and you’d have to wait for a table. Perhaps a booking system and/or time allowance would get people moving a bit quicker. I found people using a table just to check their phones once they’d finished their breakfast.
They also serve a free tea every Wednesday. The soup was delicious!
The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
They held onto our luggage on our final day which was a nice touch.
Need a bigger area to eat breakfast or a system to manage people’s time to get the waiting times down

A localização é excelente.
O café da manhã é fraquíssimo, mas como tinha cozinha no quarto, a gente acabava fazendo algo lá, sempre está bastante cheio também e é difícil conseguir mesa. Os funcionários do hotel são muito impessoais/frios no tratamento dos hóspedes. Nas imediações há bastante usuários de drogas e pessoas em situação de rua, o que é comum em cidades deste porte, mas não tivemos nenhum problema de segurança no local.

(++) Le plus c’est la tranquillité des chambres, 12 chambres par étages super bien insonorisé, pas de bruit aucun. Il y avait un petite cuisinette et une petite terrasse sur le toit. La localisation de l’hotel super, à coté de stations et lignes de métro, le train etc. Il y avait un stationnement tout près. Le buffet inclus étaient bon et différents les trois jour. Nous avons eu notre chambre à midi.
(-) J’ai trouvé ma chambre plutôt petite et j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait du fromage servi au déjeuner.

El hotel en sí está genial, las habitaciones son grandes para el estándar de manhattan, la ubicación también es muy buena y el desayuno también
durante mi estancia no funcionó la caja de seguridad, reclamé durante tres días el arreglo hasta que finalmente se resignaron a que no iba a tener una simple caja de seguridad en la habitación durante mi estancia. Desperdicié horas de mi vieja en la habitación mientras personal del hotel intentaba arreglarla y no lo lograron; cierto personal de front desk, tiene tratos cuestionables que me incomodaron, destaco la atención del Supervisor, quien tomó riendas en el asunto y me atendió muy amablemente, a diferencia de la persona del front desk, pero el inconveniente no se solucionó nunca, no tuve una simple caja de seguridad inclusive después de haber perdido horas mientras intentaban arreglarla. Luego, me ofrecieron un reembolso por el inconveniente y todavía sigo esperando que lo hagan porque me lo cobraron, reclamé y se están ocupando del tema en teoría, pero me resultó muy incómoda la gestión del reclamo de la caja y ahora del reembolso que no hicieron, el hotel es lindo, pero si tenés un mínimo problema, la pasás muy incómodo

Ojo! Te cobran lo que quieren. Hice una reserva en booking en noviembre y en marzo 2024 me cambian los precios. Ellos dicen que no son responsables, que hable con booking.
Después de irnos y pensando que estaba todo claro, ya en España me pasan un cargo de aprox 500 euros. Es una vergüenza.

La sala della colazione troppo piccolo per la grandezza dell’albergo. Mi avrebbe fatto piacere che il personale della reception mi avrebbe spiegato come funziona l’aria condizionata in camera e che mi avrebbe dato una mappa della città.

Posizione comoda per poter girare la città . In 10 minuti si è in Time Square o al Madison Square Garden. Metropolitane vicine. Colazione un po’ monotona ma ricca, per altro ti danno la possibilità di fare una doggy bag e portar via quel che si vuole.

De ligging, de faciliteiten, het ontbijt en zeer klantvriendelijk personeel.
Met name Jess en de hotel manager die ons een goed kamer gaf met streetview.
Er zijn bepaalde kamers (1e&2e verdieping/even nrs)waar je echt letterlijk tegen een verpauperde muur aankijkt wanneer je geen streetview hebt.
Voor die prijs wil je zeker niet dat uitzicht hebben. Ook moet je zelf aangeven wanneer je de kamer opgeruimd wilt hebben. Ze doen het niet standaard iedere dag muv de handdoek wissel.

Personal de recepción no sabe español y eso se vuelve complicado. Por suerte los chicos del desayuno son dominicanos y nos resolvieron muchas cosas.

Location is very good, perfectly clean , for NY standards rooms are big, majority of staff is very friendly , Penn Station is very close (subway , trains , buses) same as Time Square , Medison etc...
My biggest disappointment was breakfast. We stayed there for 7 days and food was really bad. I was expecting at least correct level but it was very low. Area for breakfast is small but even if it's full in 3 minutes of waiting you will find a spot. This is not a problem as I thought it would be the case. If you don't care about breakfast, this hotel has excellent ratio quality/ price for NY. If breakfast is important part for you, maybe this is not the best choice.

Issues with room. Phone didn’t work. TV didn’t turn in. Went to desk twice and they said some cable issue. When it did turn on the sound could not be increased. Ver old technology. Ran out of toilet paper. No tissues until I asked then they dropped of that and toilet paper. Issue with light by door . Randomly came on at early morning hours. No motion but don’t think it was motion type. Just came on. Room looked on very ugly back yard. Given offer to upgrade by email but nothing available when I got there. Also waited hours y to I check in. Latest ESS suppose to be 4:00. Finally given keys snout 4:15.
