Centrally located. Very Clean. Turndown service daily. Rooftop Restaurant was awesome. Beds were very comfortable.
Staff was pleasant.
Elevator wait times in the afternoon were long due to only 2 elevators available because of the restaurant.
Rooms are a little small but that’s pretty typical in NYC.

Great Location. Great Staff. Gave $25 voucher food and snacks and 2 free drinks from the bar or fridge. 2 bottles of FIJI water a day and the room was clean.
1. THE ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL, not worth it. The Marriott has rooms cheaper for double the size.
2.They have a club at the top of the hotel that operates all throughout the week. The issue is that you have to wait 20 mins to get downstairs and 20 minutes to get back up because the elevator is fully of people who arent even staying there. Theres 41 floors so if you cant access the elevator you have to use the stairs.
3. When connecting to the internet if you do not choose sign in with access code you will be charged $15 just for using the hotels internet. The issue is that the signin screen for the internet takes you to a page where you put your room number but once you click enter you will be charged.
4. The electrical in the room had shorts. When we turned the main light in the room off, its shut off all the electricity in the room. The TV, phone and sockets. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to come fix it.
5. Limited Tv channels available, not fussy about it but still.
