Friendly people. Clean. Great location. Short walk to the theater district.
We had one of the uber small rooms. No room on either side of the bed. No chair, no desk, weird location to plug in and charge devices. Some may like that type of room. We didn't. It was priced about the same as a king room two blocks away. We moved.

Was clean and looked nice
Room was tiny and bed was very uncomfortable also had to climb over each other to get out of bed .
Wash sink was very small and shallow and had no plug or water pressure and light bulb blown above sink and mirror

Lobby, bar area and restaurant were good.
The bedrooms are tiny. I booked two rooms. One was like a broom cupboard. The standard bed reached from one side of the room to the other. No wardrobes or storage just pegs along one wall. No table or chair and not enough space to spread two suitcases on the floor. The second room was slightly larger. After I complained we were moved to slightly larger rooms after two nights. Each room $300 per night!!

Mehr City geht nicht, direkt um die Ecke des Times Square. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Doppelbett auch, unsere Tochter schlief in einem Etagenbett über uns, was ganz ok war. Gutschein für Frühstück im Bäckerei nebenan (sehr lecker!!!) über 30$ für jeden Tag war gratis dabei, obwohl wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das war sehr positiv.
Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer, etwas spartanisch.

Je krijgt elke dag 30$ te spenderen in de bar of in koffiebar naast te deur na het geven van je kamernummer. Propere en degelijke kamers.
Hele vriendelijke ontvangst.
Ik weet niet of alle kamers zo klein zijn in New York wegens eerste ervaring maar dit was een kleine kamer. Op zich geen probleem maar geeft weinig ruimte tot ontspanning. Je kan er eigenlijk enkel maar slapen. Niet even relaxen want er staat enkel een bed. Ook heel warm terwijl het buiten koud was.

Excellent location in midtown Manhattan. Room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable and the overall layout of the room, although a bit on the smaller size with maybe some odd features for some, like the somewhat see through bathroom door and the bathroom zink being outside the bathroom i found quite cool and unique. The lobby staff was very welcoming and helpful ;)
Although this isn’t something that is irreplaceable, a mini fridge in the room would’ve been nice ;)

We absolutely loved the hotel. It’s very modern and the room were super functional. Our room was more spacious than we thought and we found ourselves in walking distance to many sights and attractions. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.
The only thing the three us were missing was a very hot shower. Don’t get me wrong, we did have hot water but we would have liked it to be even hotter.

Terrible experience.
I recently stayed at Moxy NYC Times Square and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First off, the price I paid, a whopping $1,250 for three nights, was outrageously overpriced for what I received. The hotel was noisy and incredibly crowded, making it difficult to relax or get any rest. The elevator situation was a nightmare, as I had to wait an exorbitant amount of time just to get to my room.
To top it off, when I went to the second-floor bar to grab a simple apple juice for my son at 4pm today, the bartender refused to serve me because I didn't have my ID on me, despite providing my room number and room card. It's absurd that I couldn't even get a non-alcoholic beverage for my child without jumping through hoops.
Adding insult to injury, the room itself was minuscule, barely enough space to move around comfortably. Overall, my stay at Moxy NYC Times Square has been a complete disappointment, and I would strongly advise against anyone paying such an exorbitant price for such a subpar experience.

Value for money was great. Location was amazing. Was a really trendy hotel and modern. The Moxy Bar vibe was really chill and great surprise to get free coffee in the morning and $30 complimentary each day to spend on food and drinks. Room was really cool and quirky. Loved the decor. Bed was really comfy!
We were upgraded to a queen room, yet was still not wide enough to walk around the bed. No kettle or mini fridge. The complimentary $30 per day was not explained very well and quite confusing how/where/when could be used. Only realised on last day that we could also get complimentary snacks and drinks til 11am each day as we were not told about this.

Amazing facilities, their bar area was beautiful, super clean and modern throughout. Rooms are very small, not much space to move around once luggage is opened up.
Make sure you don’t knock your phone down the side of the fixed bed structures that your bed sits on. We had to call staff into our room at 3am to get them to help us fetch the phone out from under the wooden bed frame that was not moveable.

loved everything about Moxy- the vibe, the convenience, the onsite bar, breakfast coupon (even though I didn't get a chance to use it), the room, bathroom tile, toilet... steamer... TV, old school phone, easy wifi... location.. just my favorite place to stay, I hate big impersonal old school hotels, esp. for work!

Que es un hotel moderno con todos los sevicios.
La atención en mostrador ya que no te ayudan a resolver ningúna duda que tienes, en general muy mala actitud del personal, por otro lado solicité desde temprano que arreglaran y limpiaran mi habitación lo cual nunca se cumplió de acuerdo a lo que les pedí en tres ocasiones.

Je souhaite remercier Jessica des réservations. Ses petites attentions en chambre étaient vraiment génial.
La localisation est parfaite, vous êtes vraiment à côté de Times Square.
Il y a des biscuits, des jus et des cafés gratuits.
De plus, il y a des boissons quand on rentre vers 16h à la réception de l’hôtel et un Polaroïd est mis à disposition pour prendre des photos.
La cuvette des toilettes était cassé et les draps pas changer avec des taches.

De locatie was geweldig, en je hebt veel comfort ondanks dat de kamers niet heel groot zijn. Alles is maximaal efficiënt en prettig geregeld. De lobby bar is ook leuk.

I thought it was nice that they offered complementary water on arrival. Staff was very friendly.
The room we got was not the one listed on the booking. The toilet seat was broken and the hotel was very noisy. Not a place if you want to sleep before 3 AM.

L’emplacement, le design, l’ambiance et la décoration.
La possibilité d’avoir une caméra chaque jour de notre séjour et 30$ pour le bar.
L’ensemble du personnel était très gentil en revanche au bar ce n’est pas la même chose.
Un monsieur n’était pas du tout aimable, et montrait clairement qu’il en avait mare (fin de service). Une autre personne au bar nous a accueilli les bras croisés sans même nous regarder, pas très motivé la personne.

Très bel hôtel moderne et à l’esprit jeune. Restaurant et bar de l’hôtel très beaux. Les chambres sont bien agencées. Le personnel est sympathique et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est idéal pour visite la ville il y a de nombreux incontournables autour on a pu tout faire à pied sauf évidement Brooklyn, même pour ça le métro et à côté. Aucun doute que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour à New York.
