Hotel check in was great, simple and easy
Our room was not very clean, could had used more towels and would had been nice if there was a comforter or extra blankets

Great location and comfortable rooms
Self check in did not work and long queues at reception. One of our rooms was over an hour late in being ready and repeated issues with access to the foyer door to access conjoined rooms

Great location. Reasonable price.
Dirty towel in the bathroom when I checked in.

Location. Corner room with queen bed had nice views.
No YOBOT as advertised to hold luggage. Looks like it hasn’t worked in years. Instead had to pay $12 for bell guys to hold our bags. Check-in took 40 minutes. It was a nightmare. Everything appears tired. Water pressure in shower was bad. Lack of hot water.

"I originally booked this hotel for one night and ended up staying because of how nice the vibe was. Carlos in reception was excellent and set me up with a great view, so big shoutout to him!
