amazing location - M50 bus stop just 1 minute walk, size of room -perfect, door's and windows' isolation - perfect., attitude of stuff - perfect!
comments for the room of 3 people : no hooks for handtowels., there is nice dining table, but no chairs at all., the electrical outlets are quite old. A few more changes would make a room much better for guests. There no slippers an no coffee/tea set in the room. They only bring it if You ask, which is a little strange..

the roof, the easy calls to communicate with front desk
handheld shower head in room didn’t work, elevators didn’t work on first attempts, i selected late check out & my key card stopped working way before then, dirty towels, shower not cleaned thoroughly enough, unwiped cleaning marks, staff on rooftop was rude specifically the old bald dude, ac stopped working
