Room was ready for us early. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in lobby.
Staff was not friendly. I had to find breakfast on my own. First floor room off lobby was loud. Bathroom had no privacy bc of sliding doors and location in room.

Relatively quiet location within the city, staff was pleasant, breakfast was delicious.

$500+ per night was way over priced for a boutique hotel.
For this expense, a nicer cafe for breakfast. I felt like I was in someone’s basement rec room. Zero ambiance.

Very convenient location.
One elevator out of service; the other was abysmally slow. I’m sure this is a short-term problem but it was a negative to wait 5 minutes for the elevator and then slow stops at each floor to reach the lobby.
