Service- one room was not ready at check in & they gave us a later check out time.
One of our rooms was next to public restroom. We could hear guests outside our door accessing the bathroom.
One of our rooms had a very odd set up- with access to the shower directly in room. Literally the shower door was next to bed. The toilet & sink were in a separate room. This should have been noted when I booked.
