Hotel is lovely and the common areas are comfortable. Food was fantastic. Service was hit and miss. Had a couple excellent interactions with service staff and a couple that were mediocre.
Bathroom was teeny tiny.

Location, staff and bar / restaurant were top. Location is incredible and if you like West Village / Greenwich village, SoHo, Chelsea area, the hotel is prime location.

Location and staff .
Rooms small , breakfast poor , cold and unexciting, to be honest we tried as it was part of the deal .However we ate out instead
Showers leaked far too expensive for the quality expected
