Frightening. Don’t stay here.

Thank goodness the sheets were actually clean—this hotel is terrible

Filthy walls with holes in them. Front desk behind bulletproof glass. Scary neighborhood. Rotting ceiling tiles in the bathroom.

If you don't care about hygiene and cleanliness, if you don't care about drugs, activity and prostit

The location is okay. It's very close to A lot of Restaurant and shopping plaza.

The room is very dirty, the mattress has. A hole in it. A lot of drugs, activity and prostitution. The air conditioner is very bad and the filter is full of dust. There will be knocking in the door at 945 for checking out.

They stole my jacket I called as soon as I left the hotel room to tell them I left my jacket in the room they seem like they can't find it what a coincidence the workers had to clean the room

Disappointing

The security of the Rodeway was excellent.

. Frist turned me away because they were not dog friendly but because I paid through you, they were reluctant to refund my money. The security was my reason for staying.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful!!

We didn't try the breakfast. The location was very convenient and close to shopping and dining!!

My non-smoking room had cigarette burns all over the comforter. The linen was fresh and clean,but the carpet was filthy!! I was trying to request a handicapped accessible room,not a quiet room. The bathroom was roomy and the tub wasn't too high.There were grab bars available also,so overall it was acceptable for the one night that we needed the room.

Street people hanging out in the so called lobby along with supposed security that was also hanging out in & out of the lobby 😠😖 .. The next day as we were checking out we were approached & asked for $$$

Very good

We requested a non smoking room and it was smoke free and away from any smoking rooms ! The lobby had pretty Christmas decorations.

They still don't offer breakfast as promised but they had coffee and juice a nice addition would have been muffins or nutri grain bars . Our blanket did have burn marks even though it was a non smoking room.

Bad experience. Do not recommend.

Sink was clogged already when i got inside the room. Sink handle was dirty with crusted handles, obviously has not been cleaned in a while. I tried to report the sink being clogged when I got in there by calling the front desk. Called 4 times and each time I hear someone pick up then hang up. Ended up brushing my teeth in the shower night and morning. Other thing that was bothersome was the smell in the room, it was not a pleasant smell. Went to the front desk to report these findings and there were 3 customers in line so I waited. I left after waiting for over 20 minutes since it was already late at night and I had to be up early. Bad experience.

Don't waste your money!!!

They gave us fresh towels daily.

When I arrived the wait to check in was very long. I get to the counter to give them my info, the made me wait another 10 mins due to shift change. They sat behind the glass talking and laughing instead of doing the switch over. The guy that finally helped me was a bit pleasant. Get to the room, and it smelled. The walls had gross markings on them, carpet hadn't been changed in what looks like to be a decade or so. There was crayon markings everywhere throughout the room. Whenever I left the room I had to get a new key cause the one I had stopped working. The first night I went down to tell them about the key the guy at the front desk was beyond rude.

Scary, would not recommend

Ample parking

Assault weapon armed guard in the lobby, bullet proof glass at the check in counter, man in front of me asking for percocet from the front desk, references to human trafficking in each room, the soiled carpeting, the moldy walls, the lipstick writing on the bathroom walls, unidentified hair in the towels, the locks were difficult to manage. Safety was clearly a concern!
