Very good

I am confined to a wheelchair and has to be an accessible room. The accessible room was in the main building and it was fine but a little small for a wheelchair. But the room was very accessible

Great hotel that needs some customer service training

Loved the location and the 2 pools plus all the amenities included

Maintenance let themselves in after we checked in and housekeeping came knocking at 830 to clean and asked what time we would be checking out. Why have a check-out time if housekeeping is gonna be the alarm clock. They came and asked what time we was leaving and came back at exactly that time.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting an affordable hotel in a PERFECT location! 100% enjoyed our stay :)

Even though the room were a little older and showing their age the room itself was spacious, comfy and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a safe, microwave and fridge! We had breakfast included in the price and it was the perfect way to start your fun filled day in Hawaii!!! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!! Location was AMAZING!!! Perfect walking distance to everything!

Not that I didn’t like just think some of the rooms need a bit of an update. Bathrooms and balcony doors in particular. In saying that though everything was totally liveable!

Right on street so noisy at night. Clean but seen better. Not as big as what it appears online.

Passable

Staff were excellent. The restaurant bar and coffee shop were very good.

Facilities are so so. Sort of Best Western-ish.. lLots of room noise and 8n room parties.

Great Value

Not many Waikiki hotels have microwaves so it was a plus. Location was great. Walking distance to everything. I liked the pool aesthetic.

The room was a bit small and the bathrooms were a little outdated.

it wasn’t the worst room, or the best. The employees were gracious and lovely.

the pools were lovely and very well-maintained

the room, while large, was basic and bland. Rather dated. The bathroom had spots of black moisture based mold on the ceiling in several spots.

Excellent location, nice rooms

Great location, super close to the main Waikiki Beach area. Room was really nice and clean and the downstairs bar and pool area was great to just relax in. Staff were great. Shout out to the bartender Tyler (who is leaving soon) but he was awesome! We were even able to hire a Go Pro from the hotel for our snorkelling day and this was included in our hotel fee along with a few other things and I thought that was pretty cool!

Only comment would be the bathrooms are small. Was fine for us just as a couple but there wasn’t much room

Disappointing for a Marriott, but served it's purpose. We won't return to this location.

Nice location close to restaurants, shopping and beach.

The first room we were shown had a very musty odor and was very unpleasant. They switched us to another room which was slightly better. The bathroom was old and tub was discolored, the toilet was old fashion. The kitchenette was not very functional and came with no utensils or plates etc, so it was worthless. Furniture wasn't comfortable and was cheaply made.

Extremely noisy 2nd flr room. Every time person in Room next to mine takes shower or flush toilet, it woke me up.

The location has some positives.

It’s dated and in desperate need of a refresh. The rooms are seriously tired and grimy. The door to the room was extremely flimsy and didn’t lock well. I didn’t really feel safe.

loud with no internet

location the on-site independent cafe is wonderful

the internet didn’t work at all - I was refunded the destination fee which included high speed internet, but given the internet didn’t work at all I expected a bigger discount staff claimed that the internet was bad because lots of people use it, which isn’t really an excuse when you advertise high speed internet wrote a formal complaint and as of yet had no response the hotel is VERY loud. no sound proofing between rooms, can hear everything in the corridors/slamming doors, no double glazing so a lot of noise from the street no sun at the pool

The rooms did not have enough lighting. Not thoroughly clean and extremely expensive parking.

Staff were great.

Very tired finishes and furnishings, poor selection at pool fabric - filthy cusions with holes. Room sofa was dirty with fabric arms, Mattress felt old. Bathroom was a roll in shower but the water drained all the way into the toilet area.

old rooms that need renovations! We checked into our first room and tried to open the sliding glass door and it fell off

The location was great.

Disappointing week long stay due to average facilities

Location was good in terms of distance to beach and restaurants. Wifi was sufficient and worked without disruption.

Hot tub not working throughout stay, reception staff not helpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. Cleaning of room was very poor and infrequent. Pool area does not get sun at any time of the day. Balcony towards street was not used at all due to loud traffic from early morning to late evening time. Noise from other guests could be heard in room.

Superb

The exterior and pool area are beautifully designed and maintained. The entire staff is full of lovely and friendly people. they remember your special occasions and will do what they can to ensure you have a great time!

I’ve noticed this with Courtyards in particular, the bathrooms aren’t as clean as they should be. There were multiple cracks, the mirror has a black stain, the bathtub wasn’t painted properly.
