Location and staff were outstanding
There really was nothing that I disliked about the hotel.

The location and room space. It is if very easy access to many shops and restaurants. Also quite close to the beaches. Staff were also very friendly.
The sofa doesn’t feel clean and extra blankets given are old. Although we booked an Ocean View high floor, the view was blocked by another hotel but we could still see a portion of the ocean.

The room was clean, with an everything we needed. The price isn’t bad and location quite central
Unfortunately the man at the valet out the front with the towels and umbrellas was so rude and condescending to my partner. My partner was very friendly and asked a couple of simple questions, it seemed like the man serving had a problem with him and we couldn’t figure out why. Each time we went through the doors we were nervous he was there - he was that off putting. A shame because the rest of the staff are lovely.
