The hotel is reasonably priced and located near the freeway, airport, and food.

Breakfast was as expected. There were the usual eggs, sausage, cereal, and a waffle maker. The kitchen area is adequate for the size of the hotel. The housekeeping staff is well supervised and does a great job, daily! The hot tub was working and heated. Wifi was free and working.

Due to the location, the traffic and pedestrian noise is huge!! The parking lot is small directly in front of the rooms. There is a second overflow lot that I was happy to not have to utilize, because it is secluded from the view of the hotel. The Early check in fee is $30. I arrived at 1:30 and the clerk would not waive it. So we went to lunch and returned later. Another guest in our party, travelling separately and arriving shortly after us, had their fee waived! I'm happy for them, but that fee really annoyed me! (Paying the fee was probably a better idea than parking somewhere with luggage in the vehicle like I did,btw)

The manager was very professional and guarded his property very well for people who was not guest. The rooms were great and the hot tub felt so good the right temperature. The maid service gave great customer service. I arrived early from my flight and the staff let me stay 8 hrs in lobby before check in. I am so thankful for.

I just could not stay the second night at a cheaper rate.

The sausage needed to be cooked better. I like the egg patty’s, but they are over cooked. I know it’s difficult to cook it correctly, but it needs better attention

Will never stay there again.

Great front office service

The room smelled like dry pee. The toilet had a black ring around it. Orange stain on floor. The bed had a dip and very uncomfortable. The noise level was disturbing and it smelled like weed because of neighbors.

Lovely hotel

Great location near the airport. Parking are just $10 per night. Room big and bed comfortable. Room had safe, fridge, microwave and coffee machine.Breakfast was included. Choicr of waffles, juice, sausage, egg, cereal, fruit, bread and cakes.Staff friendly.

My overall experience was terrible and I was surprised as I thought Best Western had standards to uphold.

The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel for the outrageous price it was

It was very dirty, even the blow dryer needed to be wiped down. I felt like I had to check the sheets to ensure the bed linens were actually changed, staff were ok but not super friendly. There were call girls in the parking lot for the 2 nights we were there and I am sure kicked a car a couple of times that was in a wrong spot.

close to the airport.

The bathtub had dirt in it. The bed was too hard, pillows too soft. noisy neighbors after midnight with a crying baby and man yelling, and loud traffic noise. The entrances to the doors are dangerous. someone could be hiding in the little alcoves.

the room smelled of púrfume trying to cover up cigarette smell . Gross.

Very good

The room was nice but the bthrm needs work. It was very worn & tattered. Desperately needs to be updated or redone.

The room being all the way in the back corner. Even though I knew we'd be checking in late I had requested a closer location.
