We would stay again!!! Loved the employees and the hotel. The rooms do need to be a little updated but it was still nice

It is outdated but comfy and clean. Nice staff. They were wonderful. And very nice people all around. Some workers at the Funny Bone were very rude. There were 23 of us and prob $2,000 in tickets and drinks. No one was bad or intoxicated. It was just 3 men trying to use power. My son was reading his phone and one of them walked up and slammed it down. Said he couldn’t check his phone. We were in no one’s way and on the side up on an area , so we were not on the floor making a loud sound. The waitress was wonderful and apologized profusely. The 3 guys working were just rude and hateful. I even have videos. It’s not good for business.

Very good

The room was clean and the location is excellent.

The room walls are a little thin, I guess my TV was was up to loud. I was told by the front desk,the room next to me can hear me talking or my TV was on..

would like one of the $293.79 charges to go away

I didn't like that I got double charged by both you guys AND booking .com (which is where I booked it first). I have talked to someone and have a case #462949745. Not sure WHY I haven't heard anything back... Otherwise, it was a good stay. But, the double charge thing may have me re-thinking EVER staying at a Sheraton again.

Very good

All three ladies at the front desk are the best. I only remember Trish name, but the lady from India and the other lady with the mask on were very helpful. The lady in the restaurant was great at 6 a.m

My stay was below my expectations.

I only liked the location of the hotel and the fact that it was near the restaurant I went to for my birthday. The bed was fine. Comfort was ok.

The room could use an upgrade. It was clean but looked like it needed to be up to date. I found hair in my bed and on towels in the bathroom. The lobby was noisy due to either a soccer conference or tournament. There were many kids with their parents everywhere! I paid for breakfast for three and the hotel only had two, this was included in the price I paid via Booking.com so I had to pay for an additional breakfast for my daughter for two days.

Location was excellent and the hotel was very nicely appointed.

The hotel oversold King rooms so at check in the gave me a double and didn't inform me at check in. Also, the parking situation was horrendous. I have a handicapped hang tag, the handicap area had two security vehicles, one delivery type truck and not enough places. I had to park way to the north end of the lot, several hundred feet from the entrance

A bit expensive for a short stay.

It was clean.

The toilets were very loud. could even hear the neighbors toilet.

Comfortable bed, smells good in the hotel might check out the Chalet next stay

close to the Amphitheater and has a plaza with bars and music

Outside pulling n the place looks run down need a late night place for food

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable

The indoor pool claimed to be heated I believe. It was not. Also there was a corner of the room that had wet carpet

Excellent

The lady that check us in and the maintenance who took it upon himself to show me from the garage to the lobby and then helped us with our bags. He was great

Well I had and hope it gets resolved but I booked tge room on the internet with booking .com and sone how it happened twice and they charged by card twice and it was discovered when I checked in and your staff at the hotel said since it was a 3 rd party booking I had to contact them direct fir a refund

it was overall good, comfortable, and such a nice stay.

The decorations were so fancy and pretty.

I could feel every move the elevator made and it was scary. The pool was freezing!

Was connected to the comedy club. Polite staff.clean lobby. Room appeared clean.

Woke up with bug bites all over in the middle of the night.

Nice lobby. Worn out rooms.

Breakfast was good. People were nice. Location was great. Lobby was very inviting.

Watered soap in shower. Old scratchy towels. Blinds broken. Shade broken. Curtains stinky musky. Room used to have 2 queens. Looks wierd. Needs couch. Outdated phone. No real comfort in room. Way overpriced.
