Breakfast was decent, but I had to argue with the manager because she wanted me to pay for breakfast. When I booked breakfast was complementary. She watched me as though I was trying to get over on her, and being untruthful. I gave her m room# and told her to check it out. She did and found breakfast was complementary for me. No apology.
Room could ave been more refreshed. The linen on the bed had a sweaty smell which lets me know housekeeping did not change the linen. I could not sleep in bed, but chose to sleep on top of the covers, and was cold the entire time. Didn't like that there was not a microwave in my room. I brought food back to my room no way to heat it up. Was not about to go to he lobby to use the microwave. Also the room was cold and the thermostat would not adjust to the temp. I sat it on. The patio door would not open, should be an instruction booklet to instruct how to open the door.

Loved this location. Westport is so much fun. Pool is beautiful as well.
Everything was great except for the smell of the hotel. Our room smelled ok, but the rest of the hotel smelled like a zoo.

The pool area
I was told my room was available at 3:00pm. Got there and it wasn’t ready. Parts of the hotel was hot. Bartender in the dining area was ok. We waited 15 mins, before he took our order. I paid for the meal with my debit card and tipped him just being nice. The food was not worth the price. Next day after leaving the hotel, I was charged for the room again and the meal was some how charged to the hotel room. How? Very disappointed and frustrated!
