It does have a nice view of New York. The main areas, rooms and hallways are clean.
First, front sliding doors were not working, elevator going up not working, staff service for breakfast Ă la carte was very slow. The pool is rather small. Finally, a staff member in the bathroom acknowledged using the last paper towel and did nothing about it.
