Great staff, comfortable bed

Staff was very friendly, and it was very clean

The pillows were very thin and not comfortable at all, and it was a little more expensive than other hotels for the same type of room

This was a total disappointment and not advertised as to how it really is.

I did not like anything about this place.

To start off with when I went inside to check in no one helped me for about 5 minutes. Then, I was told that my room had been changed to a handicapped room which I did NOT want. The attendant was adamant that it was nice and it was not. She said that it was the "system" that had made the change because they overbooked rooms. That is not my problem. I have had my reservations for several months. I was told that was the only room available. The woman (an older woman) was not kind or helpful. She was flippant. The room smelled musty and bad; it was the worst Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was not good. The hotel lobby was dark and dreary. The manager was not available the whole time I was there. I am so disappointed that our reservation was changed and that they didn't even care.

10/10 would stay again! Pricey but worth it to avoid some of the other hotels in the area.

The woman who checked us in was so calm and polite. She really excelled and made our stay special. I watched her successfully navigate an angry customer with grace. She deserves recognition, I just wish I could remember her name. We were in town for an anime convention. And there were plenty of pillows. Very nice.

I think the only thing anyone complained about was that the curtains didn't close all the way.

Stay was good and would come back as the price and location was good.

Breakfast was good and liked the variety of options.

Staff wasn't always available at front desk during later evening hours and in the room, some of the surfaces like the refrigerator door, table tops and arm chairs were dirty.

Great Location and Comfortable Overnight Stay

Location was great and an easy on and off to the highway. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the quality and effectiveness of the luggage carts. Would stay there again!

The internet just didn't work at all. Only complaint we had.

way too much money for what we got

Location was good

Bathroom door was sliding with no privacy or way to lock the door. No night stand on outer edges of bed. Hard for my husband to use his CPAP. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast eggs were not fresh...powdered or fake. Very Disappointing. The water in the drink machine evidently wasn't filtered or clean. I had an attendant come to me with a bottle of water to replace it, even thought I had already drunk half of it.

Frustrated

Breakfast was short of items and staff was saying sorry all 3 mornings. I expect breakfast items to be there as promised and this hotel did not do that,
