Location and amenities on the beach
Lack of staff available at night. We got locked out of our room - key wouldn’t work at 11pm. Couldn’t find staff to help for 15 minutes . Our kids had to sit outside.
Also the fog rooms were very stale.

Breakfast at Jonahs was above average. Very convenient to have a restaurant in the resort. Prices were decent, Atmosphere was pleasant.

Location and our room 124 was superbly located near pool and beach
Had to ask housekeeping several times every day to remember to make up the room
