The location and the friendly staff.
We were able to check in an hour early at 3pm.
And got a ground floor room as requested. Thank you!
And the swimming pool.
No toilet tissue available in our room, my husband has to ask at the front desk. Then I found out the conditioner bottle is empty. I have to request it, thankfully Corry bring it to our room right away.
We stayed 2 nights, on thr next day I requested a new towels and garbage pick up
In our room thru text messages and Max responded that Brylynn will be helping in our room. I was surprised when we get back to our room after my son’s soccer game we don’t have new towels and garbage wasn’t pick up. I guess Brylynn forgot to do it.

The staff at this location were lovely, kind and accommodating and quick to offer help. Housekeeping actually stopped me on my way out in the morning to ask if we had everything we needed? Breakfast was unusually good, with a variety of hot and cold options and generous amounts available. Rooms were decent, quiet, clean. Common areas were clean, bright and there have obviously been some updating.
There are some things like the caulk in the bathtub that need replacing, or bleaching. There appeared to be what is probably an hvac leak in the dining area with buckets catching the water and our room felt damp, we ran the ac on dehumidifier setting most of the time there.

Older faciltiy. Not up to Hampton Inn standards. HVAC lacking - room smelled musty. Didn't seem to dehumidify. Need to provide at least light cleaning daily.
