Could not say enough amazing things about the staff here. Stayed for 3 days with 3 kids and they were a handful but everyone from the front desk to the food staff to the housekeeping was above and beyond friendly and helpful. This was maybe my best hotel room experience ever.
No real complaints. If you’re going for STL, everything is about 20 minutes away but that’s the only thing.

The hotel is nice - the drive from the highway definitely needs some better lighting, although the construction next door may have necessitated removing signage or lighting. The breakfast was fine - and the staff in the breakfast room was friendly!
The front desk clerk was borderline rude. The website listed an on-site restaurant, but it no longer exists. The "bar" offered microwaved appetizers and the desk clerk was the bartender. We went to a pricey restaurant next door at the Drury. Luckily, the staff there found us a seat at the bar since we didn't have reservations.
