Was clean and good location
Front desk could be a little more helpful as far as directing us to where the room was located, it is a large hotel as well as informing us of breakfast and time it’s served.

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The fridge was very noisy and the icemaker didn't work. The microwave in the room was not working and was unplugged by us because the cord showed damage. The staff did let me use a microwave downstairs.

Breakfast options were good. They had waffles, eggs, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, and pastries.
We did have issues with getting our key card to work in our hotel room; staff did resolve the issue. I would have appreciated more coffee options, for a more high-end hotel.
