Very Good Hotel, clean rooms. Good support staff
Don't book using booking.com. They are not going to help you if you have any issue with some shady hotel like super 8 by wyndham. I am yet to get my full booking amount for my 2 night booking at super 8. No Customer support from booking.com.

The assistant manager was amazing
The room wasn’t fully cleaned they didn’t vacuum the floor it was a dead bug on the floor… they need to update the key card system my phone was deactivated the cards

Very good.
The mattress was too hard. There were ants in the room. The showers flow was very slow. Someone came to look at it and confirmed that the flow was OK but it was not OK. That was all I didn't like. My sta was

It was clean. Breakfast was good.
Staff was aware that I would stay there with my elderly father but the room I got was in tower 2 and it was a long walk to the elevator, for him. Room was smaller than expected.
