The room was great. Very nice and clean, service was excellent and the staff were nice. The breakfast was surprisingly very decent. I enjoyed my stay overall, I just wish I had a better pool experience. I liked the convenience of location as well since I do not have a car. It’s easy to get around by bus.
The pool area was very dirty and musty, I was looking forward to swimming but when I got there, the pool had a pile
Of towels at the bottom under the water, the water was very cloudy and the chairs were dirty.

Everything.
Had an issue when checking in but they handled it very well.
Even gave a complimentary drink for the trouble.
They didn’t have to do that.
No issues at all

Nothing
I spent &350 per night for a crappy hotel, rug never vacuumed, stuff under bed, shower floor was so slippery, no free breakfast, never filled coffee in lobby, long line to check in, hotel was run down especially the rugs in the lobby. Only one elevator that took forever!
