Great hotel and shuttle service to Universal Studios every 15-20 minutes is awesome and convenient. We will be staying here again when coming to Universal Horror nights. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is a plus!

we liked being on almost the ground floor near the pool. It was quite with lots of trees and you hardly noticed the freeway nearby. the frequent shuttle was helpful as well and room service food was really good too
check out time could always be later like noon or 1

I love the ease in staying at the Sheraton. It’s more expensive than what I would hope to pay, but “you get what you pay for” applies.
Breakfast should be complimentary given the price you are paying. Parking fees are stupid high.

It’s great that it’s close to the universal theme park although the shuttle service was really poor took over an hour when we simply walked it within 12 minutes.
The baggage service was awful. We felt like an inconvenience to them and they even damaged our luggage with no reimbursement.
