The location and the staff. Staff were very attentive and polite
We got a townhouse suite. The AC in the second floor was not cooling enough. The first-floor AC was superb!

The room was big and clean.
The hot breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cold and hard. When ask if we could get some fresh eggs the staff said no.😔No breaskfadt meat to go with the eggs.

Location, accross from groceries store and close to bus stop
carpet was kind of dirty and breakfast was not so appetizing.

Booked because our ferry from Woods Hole cancelled and needed to be close to car parking.
Property needs total refurb. Reminds me of an old Days Inn. Was expensive for night but there was a pool we did not get to use and basic breakfast.
