Very good stay. Stayed one night for a morning flight

The breakfast was very good. Fresh and clean facilities.

How dark it was in the parking lot.

Wouldn’t recommend.

The location.

The 250$ deposit. What was the purpose of the deposit when my room had patched up holes. Burn spots from cigarettes or what not on the dining table. Food from last visitors left in the refrigerator. Grapes on the floor from last tenants. Our bedroom lamp kept flickering on and off. Not a good return place for me.

Great space and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The space was the only thing great about the property. It was a 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The staff changed the sheets and that’s it. The appliances were out dated and rusted. The king bathroom toilet was broke and the Queen bathroom shower didn’t work, which I informed the receptionist. He said he would have maintenance over there the next morning, they never showed up. The purpose of renting a space that size was to keep the privacy we had at home, but we had to use the kids toilet and they had to use our shower. I saw rodents, one was actually in my bed. Luckily it was my last night. It was a big blood stain on the floor. The need to really upgrade the rooms with paint and appliances for the price they charged, plus a $250 deposit. I know people live in these apartments as well so they need to do thorough expections of these places other than just letting them rent them. You could smell the marijuana all around the building, for it to be no smoking. I didn’t take photos, but the hotel needs work.

No, no, NO!

Kitchen was NOT stocked AT ALL. ONE spoon, NO knives, 2 forks, only ONE pan and it was badly scratched and could not be used. Also, NO soap in the bathroom. The coffee pot was missing the pot so we had to hold the button underneath the basket to let the coffee drip into mugs. Bathroom had hair, carpets had not been vacuumed, no hair dryer...I could go on and on. Very noisy property also, guest up all hours of the night running around yelling. On top of it all they charged me for two SERVICE animals which is against the law.

It was the equivalent of a motel experience.

Location

Cut my foot on the floors. Staples were sticking out of the carpet around the edges. The bathroom was dirty and missing soap dispenser button. There were stains on the table and kitchen counter. The closet space had dark elevated stains through out.

No Elevators in this place. Carry your luggage 2 floors by yourself

Absolutely nothing!

This place does NOT have elevators. I had two suitcases each weighing 23 kgs and I had to carry it 2 floors up and down. Which place on earth does not have elevators these days? Also, Breakfast gets over by 8:30 AM. 8:35 and boom! It's gone!

Great value for the price.

The room was nice, clean, spacious. I would return, especially for an extended stay. More like a small apartment than a hotel room.

There weren't any face towels available during my stay. I was told they were being washed then I had to return to the front desk, again. Only to be told they had used all face towels when cleaning rooms, not to make the already checked in guests whole and that the washer was broken. THEN again the next morning told they were out and being washed. I was also disappointed to find the pool closed. This is something that should be expressed when booking.

Our stay was enjoyable for our needs however it is definitely not 5 star.

The breakfast was good although there was not much variety. For example, bacon was only served on some days. Regardless the breakfast was very enjoyable. Additionally, there were many brochures for tourists which was incredibly helpful. Lastly, the staff on entry very quite kind and friendly and very helpful.

Some of the facilities in our room where not up to par. For example, the microwave handle was slightly broken and it would sometimes turn on randomly. Additionally, underneath the microwave did not not look nice and new as one would expect.

I would not stay here again.

I was only there a few hours.

There was a great deal of commotion and loud music very late at night. I did not feel safe.

Very poor

The location had people who were residents. The room smelled really bad. The cigarette smell was overwhelming. I worked 12 hours the night I stayed. I just roughed it out.

The location was great..

The rooms are really outdated and we seen 2 baby roaches on our wall in the middle of the night.. really need renovation done to these rooms inside and outside..

A nice stay away, home away from home.

Full Breakfast was the best everyday. My family enjoyed this and it was a great and convenient.

Sometimes the trash can outside our room didn't get cleaned out often enough or room service after our 7th day as we expected.

it use to be nice the last time I came in 2012-ish. Completely run down now with crack heads and drug dealers EVERYWHERE in the complex. Had a VERY scary experience upon arrival as there was piles of linen and bags of a previous guest belongings. My family was very concerned this man would come back or even possibly have entry to the room. People lurked outside our door through the night as if we were being watched. As my family was fearful, I slept in the living room with one of the chairs pushed up against the door and a knife beside me.(YES IT WAS THAT SCARY). That’s not to mention the actual room being in run down shape and smelling like very bad cigarette smoke. This is definitely my LAST TIME staying at this location and ever using booking.com again. It was so bad I wish I had a way to stop anyone from ever staying at this run down location.

Would never stay here again!

The pancakes and potatoes were fine. I didn't like anything else.

There was no meat. We were charged for parking.. there were no parking spaces. There was many cleaning errors in the room. Including the smoky smell. I didn't ask for a smoking room.. thank God I brought febreze.
